Return Policy

All sales final. If something arrives broken, all broken pieces must be shipped back to Beads by Sam. If the item can be fixed, it will be repaired and returned to the customer. All replacements will not be exact replicas as all items are originals and will not be duplicated exactly. Thanks for shopping!
